Role


BeReal is looking for an experienced Lead Marketing Manager to own both influencer strategy and broader marketing efforts. You’ll lead a small team, manage key influencer relationships, and ensure our marketing initiatives are aligned across channels to support growth and brand visibility.

Influencer Strategy
  • Sourcing & Management: Identify and engage key influencers, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Content Creation: Oversee influencer-led content that aligns with BeReal’s authentic voice.
  • Incentives: Develop and manage influencer incentives to drive successful campaigns.


Marketing Strategy
  • Brand & Community: Ensure consistent and authentic branding across all channels, and lead community engagement initiatives.
  • Organic Growth: Drive strategies to boost organic growth and viral content.
  • Marketing Strategy : Design marketing strategy to build user growth, by leveraging both offline and online efforts. Innovate by constantly trying to find new marketing channels
  • PR & Communications: Collaborate with PR agencies to enhance BeReal’s public presence and brand awareness.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the User Acquisition team to align strategies and maximize the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.


Profile
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on influencer management.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and executing large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong background in social media or influencer marketing agencies.
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
