How does work at MotionVFX differ from other software developer work?
Well, it’s lot of the same (writing code, testing, releases, dailies, weeklies etc.), BUT there’s a lot of exploring, research, trial and error — expect to be given challenging tasks, responsibility, independence but you always have the whole team to lean in, help you out. On top, we can guarantee a lot of fun and the ability to learn a ton with (and from) us. Take our word for it.

• Experience with C++ and/or shaders development
• Exceptional math skills

• Familiarity with Graphics APIs: DirectX and/or Apple Metal and/or other

• Work with the latest technologies (e.g. Apple Metal, USDZ) on cutting-edge projects.
• Support and backup of experienced team members.
• Work in comfortable conditions in our office in Bielsko-Biała (relocation package available for people from outside of Bielsko-Biała).
