This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing, international Marketing function, within a global investment bank. The team is responsible for brand activation across the UK, US, Europe and increasingly Asia. The role-holder will support the Senior Associate (Creative), based in London, alongside being responsible for their own projects within the team.

Core responsibilities
- Support the Group Marketing function to deliver a differentiated brand, by assisting in the production of high quality digital and print assets
- Thought leadership reports: Collaborate with Marketing function to design differentiated thought leadership reports, both for print and online distribution
- Support in delivering high quality print assets, from banners to large scale event/building branding, promotional materials and brochures
- Advertorials: Partner with the Senior Creative Associate to provide exciting and eye-catching advertorials and one-pagers
- Social media creative: Assist in creating dynamic, interesting and striking social media creative (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), including images, templates, GIFs and videos
- Video production: Contribute to global initiatives such as International Womenβs Day, Pride, Earth Day by producing meaningful video content to promote them
- Podcast and webinars: Support the Senior Creative Associate in production, editing and promotional videos/materials for our podcast channel and webinars
- Creative library: Maintain an organised library of creative assets, including images, templates and icons
- Presentation design: Partner with the Senior Creative Associate to produce premium presentations, distributed both internally and externally
- Brochureware: Support the Senior Creative Associate in exploring brochureware and product marketing asset requirements
- Support the Senior Creative Associate in maintaining the global brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetic consistency across all marketing creative assets
- Collaborate with the Senior Creative Associate to brainstorm and generate new ideas to strengthen the DC Advisory brand aesthetics, in line with the firmβs global brand proposition
- Assist with CMO reporting and internal processes such as maintaining trackers, calendars, and spreadsheets
- A professional background in graphic design/production of creative assets
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
