Job Description:

One Park Financial is seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and user experience, as well as a strong understanding of current web design trends and technologies. As a Web Designer at One Park Financial, you will collaborate with our development team to create visually engaging, user-friendly websites and landing pages that effectively communicate our brand's message.

• Design, develop, and maintain website layouts and creative assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging web experiences that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
• Conceptualize and create landing pages, email templates, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Translate design concepts into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development.
• Work with Development teams on implementations.
• Ensure that all web projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on-brand.
• Stay up-to-date with current web design trends and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in web design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design software such as Sketch or Figma.
• Experience with Laravel framework and Statamic CMS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design and development.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work on-site and full-time
