Graduate Consultant - Digital Systems

The BlueRock Digital team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven graduate who will work with clients to support the development of their operational/growth strategy with a particular focus on business systems implementation and integration. This role will supply you with the training and guidance to build expertise at a systems and process level, with a strong focus on the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of systems. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of foundational skills from university and the ambition to drive innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency for clients

What you will be doing:

• Deploy and configure business systems to meet client needs.
• Perform systems process mapping and conduct needs analysis sessions with clients.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and processes to align with client needs.
• Customize system settings and options to optimize performance and functionality.
• Ensure system settings comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of system implementations.

• A recent third level qualification in a tech focused discipline
