Responsibilities:
- Drive on daily basis product testing: report and document new defects, evaluate fixes, help developers reproduce hard bugs
- Manage tasks in own scope, coordinate work with peers
- Communicate on daily basis with foreign Client QA team
- Suggest risk mitigation plan for own tasks
- Follow existing practices within team
- Receives and collects knowledge, owns professional development plan
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English - not lower than intermediate level
- Excellent understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes and procedures, including how to get TTY and output information for issue reproduction
- 1+ year experience in testing, successfully delivered projects
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in distributed team
- Solid experience with tracking and version control systems (JIRA, Perforce)
Would be a plus:
- Passion for video games
- Experience in mobile testing
- Good knowledge and strict following game developing processes will be an advantage
- Full understanding of the game’s design and how all the inter-dependencies work together
- Experience of testing Mobile/PC/Console (Play Station, Xbox) games
