Customer Success Specialist(ENG) 游戏英语客服专员 - (on behalf of Tuwaii)

▍ Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to English-speaking players, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
• Gather and analyze player feedback to provide actionable insights for the development team.
• Assist in the localization of game content and community materials to enhance player engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

▍ Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent English language skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with preference given to those with relevant experience.
• Deep interest in games and otaku culture, with familiarity with the gaming market, culture, and terminology in English-speaking regions.

▍ Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Experience working in an international team.
• Background in customer success or support roles in the gaming industry.
