Role Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and energetic Content Creator and Streamer to become the face of our brand on social media and Twitch. In this full-time position, you'll stream content daily, engage with our expansive community, create exciting events, and generate buzz around new game features. You will be the face of the game online, from discussing the new patch notes, holding round-tables with the team members or carrying out a weekly gaming night with the community.

• You have exceptional graphic/video design skills and want to spend your time getting paid to improve your skills, refine your style and test what works with a real live audience.

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

• Content Planning: Plan and schedule content for streams, ensuring 3-5 streams per week, each lasting 1-2 hours.

• Content Creation: Develop short-form and long-form media from your streams, including editing and repurposing video content.

• Script Writing: Write scripts for streams, outlining what to showcase and how to engage with the community.

• Community Engagement: Develop strategies to engage with the community, including discussions with the game design team about prizes and event ideas.

• Event Management: Plan and execute larger events, such as the upcoming Halloween event, including content schedules and community engagement plans.

• Gameplay Demonstrations: Create and share screenshots and video captures of new gameplay features, explaining them to users.

• Organizational Skills: Maintain strong organization and self-drive to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Qualifications:

You don't need any qualifications - you need a strong portfolio of your work that showcases your exceptional talent and passion for this role.

• Portfolio of Work: A strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and streaming talent is essential.
• Experience: Proven experience in content creation and live streaming, either for your own account or others in a relevant field.
• Gamer at Heart: While gaming experience is not mandatory, a genuine passion for gaming is required.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video editing software, adding captions and animations, and familiar with Twitch, OBS, stream overlays, and Twitch Bots.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a personable and engaging energy.
• Creativity: Ability to generate innovative content ideas and adapt to emerging trends.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a creative and development team.
• Audience Engagement: Understanding of how to build and maintain a loyal viewer base.
• Industry Awareness: Knowledge of content strategies, viewer engagement techniques, and industry standards.
