Your opportunity

  • Demonstrate willingness to learn from senior members in the IT teams and the business partners
  • Work closely with Technology teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment
  • Design and develop reports and interactive dashboards based on business requirements that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Work with Technology stakeholders, data analysts, and senior leadership to design, build, and deploy automated, self-service, and sustainable reporting solutions ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure that reporting process adheres to organizational standards and compliance requirements
  • Learn JHI Product Management and Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) processes and best practices
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance with a focus on data analytics/business intelligence
  • 1-3 years’ proven experience with data analytics projects and providing support to end users
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or more advanced software like R or Python for data analysis tasks
  • Good understanding of data modeling and complex database schema
  • Ability to analyze high-level requirements and translate these to detailed system-level design
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The capacity to adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving business needs
  • Highly motivated &ability to learn fast
  • Desire to learn and grow as a professional
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $80,000- $85,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through December 31, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
