Position Title: 3D Modeller
Location: Hyderabad (Remote - Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Modeller with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. You will play a crucial role in bringing history to life by creating high-quality, accurate, and detailed 3D models of characters, environments, and objects that align with our product vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed 3D models of characters, environments, props, and assets based on historical references and design concepts.
  • Ensure models are optimized for performance across platforms, including AR, VR, and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with the animation, design, and storyboarding teams to ensure model consistency and alignment with project goals.
  • Integrate models into game engines or software pipelines as required.
  • Apply texturing and UV mapping techniques to enhance the visual appeal of 3D assets.
  • Work closely with the research team to ensure historical and cultural accuracy.
  • Stay updated on the latest 3D modeling tools, techniques, and trends to incorporate innovative solutions.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of topology, UV unwrapping, and PBR (Physically-Based Rendering) workflows.
  • Experience in creating both high-poly and low-poly models.
  • Knowledge of texturing tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with real-time rendering engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for form, scale, and proportion.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in historical or cultural art and architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of rigging and animation workflows.
  • Experience in AR/VR applications.
